When we can just really embrace the truth of our situation and just see it for what it is, we can have a greater sense of autonomy in the face of relationships that we are abusing. It's almost like visiting, you know, a dead person in some ways, like your it's like a ghost. You're with the person, but you're not really there. That's kind of like a mentality you can have just to keep yourself safe and keep your both feet planted in reality. And when you can stay there and just really hold tight to the truth, you can act accordingly and protect yourself. Al right. In't the next tool fall in love with reality.
