The living wage doesn't exactly say what it is, but t i think the general idea is that it would be sort of onthe equivalent of a kindergarten teacher's y. Only 14 % of people who qualify even get any money for child care in America. States are supposed to subsidize at 75%. Do they do that? No. In reality, only two states were doing that as of last year.
