The Cave System

There's a cable running along the ground here. A cable has to lead somewhere, so... going around another bend now. The tunnel has opened up into some kind of chamber. This is where all the books are. There are shelves and shelves of them all along the walls. And like upstairs, most of them look pretty old and pretty rare. But there are also desks and work benches. Notebooks. And reams of paper everywhere. Like some seriously mad scientists who are working in here. If that cable can expect up to the generator up above somewhere, then we might be lucky. I don't care about the podcast. I want daylight. I want fresh air. That's all
