Pliometric Box Jumps

Apliometric box jumps is a dynamic movement that needs progressed over time. A training block starts with sets of ten on the primary on the bigger exercises, and then 10 to 12 on accessories. i just consciously try to lift quickly, especially when i'm doing those higher raps on the squat, on the dead lift bench, overhead. And then i'm progressing, over the course of four months, into heavier eventually i'm doing tos for example.
