Don't take your phone in the bathroom because that you know then you're staying longer at something you don't need to be doing. Go in there and get your business done but then let that be the signal to say you know what there's my reminder I'm gonna just sit back downTake a deep breath and work through whatever meditation pathway that you're on. By the end of the day you've done that three four times that's a lot compared to most of us of nothing moments of being present.
