When we start to breathe in a different way it changes the way we think. The more that we repeat an action, the more those neural networks become begin to cement together so what we're doing is that we are carving a new path that becomes easier to walk. As soon as something has become habituated it drops back to the subconscious mind to free up space in the conscious mind to do other things and this is really what we want to achieve when we are doing breath work or creating change in our lives.
