How to Track Your Patients' Nutrition

I advise tracking for a lot of patients so I want to be want to be clear about that I'd I tell people to track all the time and I usually tell people to limit what they track. Most people contract data pretty well for 48 to 72 hours and then they start doing a bad job of entering data and then you're making crappy decisions off of crappy data. When I do have patients track using an app like chronometer or my fitness pal they're just easy and free for a free version, but there's caveats here right.
