I'm Half Drunk by the End of This Episode

This is a very long introduction to what i'm going to be doing over the next few months. I have not learned at all how to restrict the scope of these discussions so that i don't fall into this trap of mission creep, where it just expands and expands. If anyo you other podcasters that end up listening to this have some tips for me? I'd love to hear it. It seems like every project that i put my hand to, the same thing happens. It always ends up growing into this monster that i can't control.
