The S&P 500 is currently trading at 19 times forward earnings. The risk-premia today are pretty low, and you can generate the same return by keeping your money in a relatively safe, risk-free, short-term T-bill. I think the path to clear first is that we go and retest these lows later this year. We are talking 3600. There is a chance it could go lower.
