Cain's Vengeance Is Taken on Him Sevenfold

Cain said to the lord, my punishment is greater than i can bear. Behold, you have driven me this day away from the ground and from your face. I shall be hid. And whoever finds me will slay me. If any one slays cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. The Lord put a mark on kain lest any one who came upon him should kill him. At that time, men began to call upon the name of the lord.
