Is There a Better Application for That?

Rome is a web ap. They don't have a dedicated iois or ipadap, or even macap. Everything is through a web portal. I've used it only for plotting out legal strategy since i started using it. It feels kind of creaky as a web app but still pretty good. And its not deafinetly not a perfect ap; it's just such a different kind of application. But if that was the only use i got out of this, it would be worth it. Also uses it to connect ideas from books that i've read.
