The EU's Disparity in Access to New Medicines

The proposal is pretty similar to what's been leaked out over the past couple months and already ahead of the release this week. Drug companies were warning that it could threaten access to medicines across Europe. The European officials will say there's actually a lot in here that farmers should like, they may have cut the baseline of exclusivity but there are ways to get that lengthened.
