short like the enjoyment of competing is where it's at, right? That's people don't do the sport just for ther training. They do it because they enjoy competing. And if you can inherently intertwine a training the physiology, well, like, obviously every race is training the physiology to some degree. But especially with those shorter sprints, thereis much less of a especially with triathlon. When you get ut to these further distances, that takes much longer time to recover from and disrupts a training process quite dramatically. So i really like that, that answer, am.
