The Importance of Simple Strategies
There's some interesting research done in psychology of decision that they've actually sort of given people simple solutions to a problem and more complex. People choose the more complex solution, even though it may not be right because they think complexity in general is better. If you look at early March, sometime in March, markets have started to decline. Modern prices are below the Ukraine invasion. Soybean prices are below that. Copper has fallen out of bed. Oil prices have come off their high. All of the narratives that we saw about commodities have all been wrong over the last few months now. This flies in the face of what the narrative that I'm hearing and all this evidence that's talking about shortages
