How to Create Calm Confidence When Training Your Dog
A lot of that has to do with the frustration of too much failure or unclear criteria. That often makes a dog very high in hyper and frantic and trying all sorts of things. So, we want to create calm confidence. We want to eliminate competing reinforcement in the environment that we're training. Really, the best place to teach anything new is in the quiet of your own home.
