In Oklahoma, the state school board has approved new rules that prohibit pornographic materials and sexualized content in school libraries. If you can get away with calling that targeting, then you've already won a significant media and moral victory. The article by the way goes back to Ron DeSantis, the governor of Florida saying quote DeSantis and SIS books aren't being banned,. preferring to call the forced removal of some books quoting curation choices that are consistent with state standards.
