The Principles of Democracy in India

We've had democracy in india for thousands of years. Not your western style democracy, which is a fake democracy. It doesn't matter whether the cat is black or white, as long as it catches mice. The people must prosper. The country must remain safe and secure over a long period of time,. I'm talking about centuries. That's what matters. Who cares what system is there, right? So i think the current form of the current system that we have in india is terribly unsuited for the country. We need to go back to our own past.
