The first thing like being held accountable. Find low hanging fruits or prospects that might be more open to talking to you. I working with a on like a close lost report and so that you can kind of ring those like warmer prospects going through your LinkedIn connection requests and connections as well. For me I always cold call with like music on and normally I'll like go out for a walk and then come back designate some time to do it put my phone away and just kind of smash through it as quickly as possible.
