If you pay some 100 million dollars a year, you make it more likely to belieave. But how do you retract the right type of employee if you don't want them to get too rich? I'm not sure that on thai mean purely financial incentives. And i think there are other factors, and i think once they exceed a certain level, they're not really that helpful.
