Nintendo's Plan to Hold a Nintendo Con

Nintendo probably has the capital to have their own event. My guess is that once E3 was canceled and that budget became available, they may have just allocated it towards the game's con. I think this year was a game of chicken between the three big published big hardware manufacturers about who was going to go to E3 this year. They're kind of waiting for the next one to blink and they all blinked. So it's all over. We'll see if they come back next year. Tocchio: The Japanese market is so small for consoles right now. It's all mobile focus business stuff there now.
