You can only do that if you can control your awareness. The people who don't have control over their awareness will find themselves engaging with a problem every two minutes, every five minutes, every 10 minutes. And it's not about being present because being present again is a byproduct of the ability to focus. If I'm having this coffee with you on Friday, I am physically present with you. My physical body is always present wherever I am.
