What's Your Perfect Day?

A perfect work day, i get up around six 30 and have a big cup of coffee with some cream in it. I'd probably go down the beach and get on my paddle board and maybe do an hour and a half two hour paddle,. hang out with the dolphins, a catch a couple of waves. Get a great work out doing that. Until you've done stand up paddling, you don't appreciate what an awesome, fullbody workout it is. That's part of mental morning exercisead. It's very meditative for me.
