Are You Channel-Led?
The key here is are your interests entirely aligned with a channel partner and finding someone where you're not trying to change their business model. If you can find those people and you're thoroughly aligned then I press go on it. The trouble is finding them can be a bit like death by a thousand cocktails. We're spending a lot of time understanding different people's businesses and value chains before you really know whether they are aligned with you or not.
