The Importance of Developing Skills

If you really develop skills for many years into your career, your abilities will be indistinguishable from talent. That's why they don't do IQ tests after you pass the age 14 or something. Just constantly learn every kind of new skill that appeals to you all the time. And eventually those skills will add up and pay off in a way where coworkers will see you with all of these skill sets and think that person is talented.
