The Tightening of Stock on the Market in Auckland
Touring Auckland, Waikato, Wellington, Koehara, Tago. New weekly flow of listings coming onto the market is pretty soft. When you shift to that total stock measure, they are tightening everywhere or stock on the market is coming down a little bit everywhere. The one that sort of stands out, I guess, in terms of main regions is Auckland. It's still above where it was in 2021 when everyone was saying there's just nothing to buy. But if the country is almost 50% higher than 2021 in Auckland, only 10 or 15%. And like I said, that's off a really low level of stock when prices were growing in a strong rate. Now
