What's Crazy About China?

Some of the fastest growing and largest economic zones are actually in china. Over 90 or 92 % of chinese municipalities are either inside a special economic zone or have a zone inside them. They recently just made the whole island of hinan into a zone, the entire place. So they have, know, not only stuffed for business, but also for tourism and for people living there. That's the best case. The bad example is when you have zones being created precisely to avoid reforming the whole country,. Or in an even more ridiculous case, when you have the whole country bein put down to benefit the zone.

Francisco Litvay is the Co-founder of Settee, an internationalization company.
