The Diary of Charles Leonard

Charles Leonard was arrested for illegal weapons charges. Instead of facing those charges, Leonard decided to skip bail and live as a fugitive. He began sending Charles' photos of the bunker he was constructing at a remote cabin in Willseyville. In October 1983, Leonard recorded himself on video, detailing his horrific plans. This tape, what you're hearing now, is going to be the lead-in of the various phases of construction. The building will be multipurpose. It will serve as a tour room and a storage room for a lot of variables and miscellaneous stuff.
