Will Stewart Roach's Appointment of a Special Counsel Delay the Investigation?

The question always ends up being, will Trump be prosecuted by the Justice Department? In this case, the defense lawyers said that nothing in all the information they got implicated Trump. And so we don't want to read too much into these verdicts. The real question for me is, how long is the appointment of special counsel going to delay the proceedings? It could be substantial. We may not have a decision one way or the other, even up to the 2024 elections.
