Is There a Social Stigma in America?

I feel like even the most heartless of people would care about a homeless person on the side of the street and at least think like that I wouldn't want that to be me. Even if they can't make like wow the further the further compassionate connection to that shouldn't be anybody yes. A lot of people don't understand that America's equal opportunity is just work hard and you won't be homeless or anything like that. If we don't have any legislation yeah or if there's no concrete change like it doesn't do anything for us to all like everybody.
