How Do You Measure the Impact of Females?
An open metric is not a very accurate metric these days, but I still believe it's more accurate than a click metric. We've seen that after opening an email, way more people get immediately after that into the application rather than those that just click on it. Yes, the open rate is not as accurate, but when you look at big sample sets, it's the statistics that matter. And from the studies we've done, we've seen a lot of people with bad behavior.
