History Storytime - For Kids

CHAPTER

History's Doritire With Sophie Age 5

The Roman Empire ruled most of what is Europe, the Middle East and North Africa 2000 years ago. It was ruled by emperors who were usually the son of the previous emperor that sometimes they were adopted as sons. They all led lives of luxury and did some things which we would find really very silly. One of them even put a horse in charge. Another played the violin. Rome burnt to the ground. That's not very nice. Maybe if they had some girls in charge, they wouldn't be so mad or bad. Well maybe. But some of the women were pretty wild too.
