There's a certain addictive thrill to cycling in London that you know is really brilliant even if you know i wouldn't necessarily want my daughter to be doing it in in 20 years time because it's also incredibly scary and you do take your life in your own hands unfortunately. "We're collateral damage or in terms of good bacteria where actually it's just chance but that benefits us" says author cal Flynn about his new book, The Biodiversity Diaries. 'I like the fact that you like this adrenaline and you know thinking you know i've got to get in line there's loads of cyclists at this red light' he adds.
