There's almost no incentive for the palestinians to move on any of these things. I think that from these raly prospectives, they need the pie to stick around. It would be disaster if the pie collapsed. The international commutitee finally started raising it, but no one is hopeful that they will go about it. And as michael said, like the phs turn his attorney tos body that doesn't provide services for its citizens. But at the end of the day, there are five million people there. To dis at the levels that this will be sustainable in the long run, i'm not sure israel has the power to do this.
