Psychiatrist will say, ok, i've recognized this cluster of symptoms. And we've come up with this label for itand so it's a construct. But does it reflect what philosophers call a natural kind? Or are we just trying to impose orderliness on something that's actually a lot fuzzier? It turns out the genetics of all these things is really overlapping. From a genetic point of view, the risk is actually shared across these different categories. So you've got risks here which are highly variable and explain why people have very different penotypes.
