Marxism and the Class Solidarity

The revolution occurs as the result of tensions, which Hegel and Marx call contradictions. The capitalists have gathered many men and machines together in gigantic manufacturing plans. This produces a greater and greater collectivistic consciousness or class solidarity among the workers. But even so, the workers don't quite get it; they get together collectively for such paltry things as rises in wages in shorter hours.
