Ineffective Employe at Subscript?

Cultures often end at being reflections of their founders and s founder in both. I think the ways that are different because of specifically or sing more autonomous approach, is we need people who are more writing oriented at subscript. And then the other thing for autonomy that's really helpful is having ambiguous part of our interview process. So every step we try to make it at least a little bit ambiguous. That helps us gain confidence in their ability to make decisions on their own.
