Are You Fighting for a Two Week Block Vacation for Every Nurse in the Hospital?

One of one of our proposals is just to get a two week block vacation for every nurse in the hospital guaranteed every year because we don't even get that. It's something I've seen in a few other struggles kind of proposed but never like really put in the center of the thing is talking about giving workers a role in staffing decisions. Yeah yeah yeah can you talk about that because that that's really interesting to me. Like it's not how this works exactlyYeah it's a benefit they control what one of the things that I've been reading about that you've all been fighting for that it's reallyinteresting to me.
