I would have focused a lot more on relationship building I just totally didn't understand how the world in the US functions. It was a little late in the game that I realized in the US like people sort of care about your academics but I've seen many cases of people with 2.5 GPA's one major Goldman Sachs investment banking and I'm like what like how that's impossible. networking is not a TV activity it should be fundamentally giving one and then you just track that and let it compound over time to do incredible things.
