Every company has ARR targets, GRR targets, net retention targets, net promoter score targets. What they don't have a great handle on is the true customer value metrics that are really important to the customer. And by linking all of these functions where you're interfacing with the customer, it helps to do a much better job of taking the important metrics and KPIs for your company and translating those into customer value.
