Professor of economics, can't if you're daunted by the paper work involved in financial aid. So i want to start before we get into the substance of your book, and ask you to read from page one 62. If you could just read that first paragraph for me, sure. This book is focused on the pricing system in american higher education,. It identified three main problems. One, attending college cost less than people think. Two, colleges do a poor job of communicating those costs. And three, the actual prise is still too high for lower income families in most institutions.
