Are You Scared When You're Young?

I've been in a lot of scary situations over my lifetime. I mean, and avalanches and lost at sea and other places that I wasn't as comfortable as the ocean. So many happened when I was very young. And then you get to this level of skill or efficiency where the smaller waves are harder to find. Like it's like waiting 20 years for another big wave - which happens all the time.
