Queer Language
I like how the sentence starting with arranging by chance to meet as far this morning from the world as agreeing with it. And all you called it like weird. I would call it a queer. Yeah, structure. It's not a straight structure, right? And conventional idiomatic English by using the two as comparisons. So he's doubled the comparison and he's created a negativity. He's saying basically we don't agree with the world. Or it can't agree with me. That's a different question.
