I feel they're not doing the hard job. I think it's interesting because some of the stuff that I've been reading is a brown, like the turnaround. So after a big redirection or reorganization, oftentimes the resources you need are oftentimes people that have been let go. And so that's almost like the last resort when you're trying to lead a turnaround in new priority areas, you need those resources to move forward and there's a lot of research around some of those things. So I think it's an interesting insight. There's a lot of major reaction for a large company and maybe it is coming from the market as if

for public companies specifically. It's coming from the market, but I think that major reaction, everyone needs to assess for themselves and not just follow what everyone else is doing. That's great.

I also just want to acknowledge that's an incredible call to action. I think just as we're talking about that reframe the sequence of what you're looking to cut costs, I think will be a big unlock for folks. Last question, Chellish. Is there a quote

or a mantra that you live by or a quote that's been resonating with you right now? Okay, this is very philosophical, but I'm reaching an point in my life where I have fewer years to live than I have lived. This is something that's every time so a clarity and purpose of life has become more theater to me. And that's where you're talking about you talked about having my daughter come in and really in my desk and starting my day with that is being very energetic for me and I'm leaning more on family first, but the clarity of and purpose of life becomes more important. I would highly encourage that people should reach this stage in their life to have that clarity and purpose of life. So it's very philosophical, but there is nothing more important life and having a good clarity and purpose and living for
