Is There a Drug That Will Prevent Fibrosis Progression?

The inability to devise a specific inhibitor of jack 2 mutation for example or medications that would intervene in the bone marrow environment to prevent fibrosis progression. If these issues are coupled together you're correct we are still at the well not to be too harsh but at the level where we are really talking about these symptoms spleen and anemia.
