Agrippa's Letter to Festus

The letter of Saint Paul to the Galatians, chapter 4. I mean that the heir, as long as he is a child, is no better than a slave, though he is the owner of all the estate. But he has under guardians and trustees until the date set by the father. So, through Abba, you are no longer a slave but a son. And if you did not know God before then, how can you turn back to those weak and beggarly elemental spirits again? If there is nothing in their charges against me, no one can give me up to them. I appeal to Caesar. Then Festus consults King Agrippa.
