Is There a Way to Leverage the Agent Assist Model?

I see a couple of different two different angles on the issue. But yeah, I think both are applicable and will be even more readily leverageable by virtue of a large language models. There's something we already have in the platform we've had for years right where we call it one shot hand over. It's probably not a good name anymore.
