The Crimes Against Humanity Are a Way of Holding States Accountable

It's particulary true that the crimes against humanity are a way of getting at holding states or state like entities accountable for their actions. A lot of state leaders are still, i think, that's essentially what the idea of america first and rejecting the u n is a matter of saying there really is nothing higher than the individual states sovereignty. So this is still a live issue, even though we have some international mechanism now that's built out of treaties,. as she says, t that's how that comes together.
