The in-Betweens of Instructional Design

I know that many of you out there know about the course that we offer over with Edgyflow Academy called Collaborating and Building Relationships with Subject Matter Experts. But one of the pieces of feedback that I have been hearing from some of you is that having a type of a blended course with both synchronous and asynchronous components doesn't always work for folks. So what does this mean? You aren't getting paid to do more so there's that con for sure. But on the flip side, it's a pro because perhaps you are building up a new skill.
