But if instead you inverted that and said, well, maybe it's the type of person that could lose 20 pounds? Then you focus on fostering that identity. And i think that this not only gets you to focus on mastering the art of showing up and fostering the identity of being the type ofperson you want to be but also helps a little bit with mitigating such a focus on results.
