The Principal Talks Too Much, Excuse Me, but What Does He Do?
We're going to try role playing one of marshall's encounters that he wrote in his book, working with the faculty of an elementary school. The teachers are having trouble separating their judgments from identifying specific behaviors that aren't meeting their needs. Until they do, they can't even start to address the conflict with the principal. If we don't say such thinking out loud, if we're even thinking that way about somebody else, we lose power.
